We've been cutting SMT stencils in Santa Clara since 1997 — long enough to have watched the industry move from paper travelers to same-day digital turns. What hasn't changed is the standard: every stencil we cut holds ±0.0002″, and every job gets a DFM review before it goes anywhere near the laser.

We also offer support for finding SMT fixtures and solder dross recycling, both for the same reason the stencil business worked in the first place: customers needed a partner who'd catch problems early and stand behind the result.

We're still a shop-floor operation. The same team that reviews your files runs the laser, packs the order, and answers the phone when you call.
